Most prospecting tools ration every contact, so reps under-prospect to stretch credits; we bundle the data instead, so the price never moves no matter how many prospects you reveal.

The database spans 450M+ contacts across 90M+ companies and is refreshed continuously, not shipped as a stale annual snapshot. It is aggregated from multiple data sources, then deduplicated and re-verified into one canonical record per person and company, so you work from clean, current data instead of stale exports. On top of that, every email is verified the moment you reveal it (syntax, MX, catch-all and risk) and again before each send, which keeps revealed emails 99%+ deliverable and bounce rates under 1%.

Yes. Saved-lead storage is plan-based (1,000 on the trial, 25,000 on Solo, up to 250,000 on Scale), but search itself is unlimited. Work a list, then archive or clear the finished leads and refill from a fresh search or a saved ICP. You are capped on how many leads you store at once, never on how many prospects you work over time. The one exception is a lead that is an active recipient in a running campaign, since removing it mid-send would break that campaign. Pause or finish the campaign first.

Work emails are included on every plan. Direct-dial mobile reveals are included on Scale, so you can run multichannel outbound across email and phone from the same list. Phone reveals are plan-based rather than unlimited, and they slot into the lead record alongside the verified email, so reps call and email the same person without leaving ReachHQ.

Yes. Automatic inbox warmup is included on every paid plan with no per-mailbox fee, and you can connect unlimited mailboxes. Connect a mailbox and ReachHQ gradually ramps a natural pattern of sends, opens and replies across a warmup network, so your domain and IP build a healthy sending reputation. Warmup keeps running quietly even while your campaigns are live, so inboxes stay warm as you scale.

Google Workspace and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, connected over OAuth so we never store your password, plus custom SMTP for other providers. Every connected mailbox gets automatic warmup, the realtime health score and auto-pause, and since you can connect unlimited mailboxes you can spread volume across many inboxes rather than concentrating risk on one.

Build multi-step sequences with conditional follow-ups, smart delays and automatic stop-on-reply, so a prospect drops out the moment they respond.
