Every question about ReachHQ, the all-in-one cold-email and B2B outbound platform, grouped so you can scan straight to what you need: 450M+ verified contacts, email finder and verification, automatic warmup, realtime deliverability health, multi-step campaigns and an AI reply agent. If yours is not here, our team is one click away.
It applies to discovery: searching, filtering and revealing prospects, people, companies and leads across our 450M+ contact database, plus the mailboxes you connect, inbox warmup and the campaigns you build. No per-lead credits, no per-reveal meter. What is plan-based are the things you keep and send: saved leads, verifications, emails per month, exports and phone reveals. Find as much as you want, save and send within your plan.
It is built in. No separate data provider, no third party billing you on the side. The 450M+ verified people across 90M+ companies, the 25+ ICP filters and the work-email reveals are all part of ReachHQ, on one bill. Most prospecting tools ration every contact, so reps under-prospect to stretch credits; we bundle the data instead, so the price never moves no matter how many prospects you reveal.
The database spans 450M+ contacts across 90M+ companies and is refreshed continuously, not shipped as a stale annual snapshot. It is aggregated from multiple data sources, then deduplicated and re-verified into one canonical record per person and company, so you work from clean, current data instead of stale exports. On top of that, every email is verified the moment you reveal it (syntax, MX, catch-all and risk) and again before each send, which keeps revealed emails 99%+ deliverable and bounce rates under 1%.
Yes. Saved-lead storage is plan-based (1,000 on the trial, 25,000 on Solo, up to 250,000 on Scale), but search itself is unlimited. Work a list, then archive or clear the finished leads and refill from a fresh search or a saved ICP. You are capped on how many leads you store at once, never on how many prospects you work over time. The one exception is a lead that is an active recipient in a running campaign, since removing it mid-send would break that campaign. Pause or finish the campaign first.
Work emails are included on every plan. Direct-dial mobile reveals are included on Scale, so you can run multichannel outbound across email and phone from the same list. Phone reveals are plan-based rather than unlimited, and they slot into the lead record alongside the verified email, so reps call and email the same person without leaving ReachHQ.
Yes, and it runs automatically. Every work email you reveal is verified at reveal, and every address is re-verified before each send, so the emails flowing into your campaigns are already checked. Verification volume is plan-based (2,000 on the trial, 50,000 on Solo, 500,000 on Scale), and that allowance is there for bulk-validating imported lists and your own CSVs. The data ReachHQ reveals comes pre-verified; your quota covers the lists you bring in.
Two checkpoints. Verification runs a full pass (syntax, domain and MX records, mailbox existence and deliverability) at reveal, then again at send time, so an address that has gone stale since you saved it is caught before it can bounce. Catch-all domains, which accept any address and cannot be confirmed, and other risky emails are flagged clearly rather than passed off as valid, and ReachHQ keeps invalid and risky addresses out of your default sends. The result: revealed emails stay 99%+ deliverable and bounce rates under 1%.
Every connected mailbox gets a live deliverability health score covering authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), inbox placement, blacklist status, warmup progress, and bounce and spam-complaint rates. It updates as you send, so instead of guessing whether an inbox is safe to use you see one clear score and exactly which signals are pulling it down, before they turn into a deliverability problem.
It is the safety net. If a mailbox's health drops or its bounce or complaint rate spikes, ReachHQ automatically pauses sending from that inbox and tells you why. Once warmup and the underlying signals recover, you resume. It is the difference between catching a deliverability problem early and discovering it after a week of emails went to spam.
Yes. ReachHQ checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every connected mailbox and folds the result into the realtime health score, so a missing or misconfigured record shows up as a clear signal pulling your score down rather than a silent leak. You see exactly which record needs attention and can fix it before it costs you inbox placement.
Yes. Automatic inbox warmup is included on every paid plan with no per-mailbox fee, and you can connect unlimited mailboxes. Connect a mailbox and ReachHQ gradually ramps a natural pattern of sends, opens and replies across a warmup network, so your domain and IP build a healthy sending reputation. Warmup keeps running quietly even while your campaigns are live, so inboxes stay warm as you scale.
Google Workspace and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, connected over OAuth so we never store your password, plus custom SMTP for other providers. Every connected mailbox gets automatic warmup, the realtime health score and auto-pause, and since you can connect unlimited mailboxes you can spread volume across many inboxes rather than concentrating risk on one.
Build multi-step sequences with conditional follow-ups, smart delays and automatic stop-on-reply, so a prospect drops out the moment they respond. ReachHQ paces sends per mailbox at human-like daily limits that ramp with warmup, and rotates sends across every inbox on a campaign so each stays within safe limits, which protects deliverability far better than blasting everything at once. A/B testing runs multiple subject lines or body variants in the same campaign and surfaces the winners in analytics. Monthly email volume is plan-based, and connecting more warmed inboxes raises your safe daily throughput. See the pricing page for current per-plan allowances.
Replies land in a unified master inbox, automatically categorized (interested, not now, out of office, unsubscribe and more). The AI reply agent reads the thread and drafts an on-brand response in context, so your team answers in a click instead of writing every reply from scratch. Run it with your own LLM key on Solo, or use the managed agent on Scale (7,500 replies per month). It keeps the conversation moving the moment a prospect engages, which is exactly when speed wins the meeting.
Yes to the trial, no to the card. You start free with no credit card for 14 days. The trial lets you search the database with unlimited prospect search, reveal and verify emails, connect unlimited mailboxes and warm them up, and build a campaign with realtime health, so you see ReachHQ work end to end before you pay a cent. When you are ready to scale, upgrade to Solo or Scale.
Yes. No long-term lock-ins, no cancellation fees. Cancel whenever you like and keep access through the end of your current billing cycle. Plans are billed monthly by default, and annual billing with a discount is available if you are committing for the year, so check the pricing page for the current annual option or reach out and we will sort it for you.
Switch anytime. Upgrade from Solo to Scale and it takes effect immediately; downgrade and your limits adjust at the next cycle. Solo at $99/mo suits founders and individual SDRs: 2 seats, 25,000 saved leads, 50,000 verifications, unlimited prospecting and the AI agent with your key. Scale at $299/mo is for teams and agencies: 10 seats, 3 workspaces, 250,000 saved leads, 500,000 verifications, direct-dial phone reveals, the managed AI agent, white-label and full API access. Need more seats, multiple workspaces, phone numbers or white-label? Choose Scale.
The trial includes 1 seat, Solo includes 2, and Scale includes 10. Scale also gives you 3 workspaces, so an agency or a team running several brands can keep each one's data, campaigns and inboxes cleanly separated under a single account, and give each client or teammate scoped access to only what they should see.
On Scale, along with white-label. The REST API runs searches, reveals and verifies contacts, manages campaigns and reads analytics programmatically. The MCP server drives ReachHQ directly from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI clients in plain language. Webhooks push events into your stack in realtime.
