How is the health score calculated? +
Each mailbox gets one 0–100 score, rolled up in realtime from the signals that predict deliverability: inbox placement, warmup reputation, spam-complaint rate, bounce trend, blacklist status and SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment. A healthy inbox sits in the green band, a drifting one moves to watch, and an at-risk one can be auto-paused before it hurts your domain.
What triggers an auto-pause? +
Sending pauses automatically when a mailbox's score drops into the at-risk band, for example when the spam-complaint rate climbs, bounces trend up, or the domain or IP appears on a blacklist. Only the affected mailbox stops, so the rest of your campaign keeps running, and sending resumes once the score recovers.
