How much control do I have over what it sends? +
Full control, set per campaign. In approval mode the agent drafts the reply and you approve, edit or discard it before it sends. In auto-send mode it replies and proposes times with no touch. You can mix modes across campaigns and override any draft, and every message is logged in the master inbox thread.
Will the replies actually sound like me? +
